TRACE

TRACE is a quality management and documentation software geared towards production-level additive manufacturing facilities. While working at 3Degrees I helped bring TRACE to market. My work included testing the software, developing a variety of case studies, and interfacing with potential clients at trade shows.

In the months leading up to the launch of TRACE, I worked extensively with the software, adapting a customer's point of view so that I could better judge the key benefits of the tool, and suggest modifications that would benefit the user. Additionally, I developed a custom cost-benefit calculator, that was able to provide customers with a clear vision of how TRACE could save them both time and money by using TRACE as their tool for 3D printing workflows and document management.

Leading up to the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG), where TRACE officially launched, I worked to create case studies with TRACE that spanned multiple industries and displayed the extent of the software's capabilities. Additionally, I helped to set up a custom deployment at a metal 3D printer manufacturer which became one of the tool's first beta users.
